量如下：
1．术前术后预防用药：***手术前1-2小时静滴1g奥硝唑，术后12小时静滴500mg，术后24小时静滴500mg。
2．治疗厌氧菌引起的感染：***~1g，，连用3-6天。如病人症状改善，建议改用口服制剂。
3．治疗严重阿米巴病：***~1g，，连用3~6天。
4．儿童剂量为每日20~30mg/kg体重，每12小时静滴一次，滴注时间30分钟。
【不良反应】
本品通常具有良好的耐受性，用药期间会出现下列反应：
：包括轻度胃部不适、胃痛、口腔异味等；
：包括头痛及困倦、眩晕、颤抖、四肢麻木、痉挛和精神错乱等；
