愈银油膏治疗寻常型血热证银屑病的临床研究.pdf

目的:观察愈银油膏治疗血热证银屑病的临床疗效及患者治疗前后血
液流变学的变化和组织病理改变。初步探讨愈银油膏治疗血热证银屑
病的作用机理。
方法:将 60 例寻常型银屑病患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,治疗组
30 例外用愈银油膏,对照组 30 例外用迪维霜,采用PASI积分观察治
疗前后患者皮损的变化和瘙痒积分的改变。两组均以 4 周为一疗程,
疗程结束后判定疗效。用 3-911 型血液流变仪对治疗组治疗前后血液
流变学各项指标进行检测,并对治疗组治愈患者进行组织病理学复
查,对比治疗前后组织病理的变化。
结果: ①愈银油膏在改善 PASI 积分、瘙痒、总有效率方面均优于迪
维霜,差异有显著性意义(P<); 愈银油膏治疗 30 例寻常型银屑
病患者,其中痊愈 6 例,显效 8 例,有效 12 例,无效 4 例,临床痊
愈率 20%,总有效率为 %,优于迪维霜(P<)。②治疗组治疗
后外周血全血低切相对粘度、血浆粘度、红细胞压积、红细胞聚集指
数较治疗前明显下降,差异有显著性(P<)。③治疗组治疗前 30
例均有典型的寻常型银屑病组织病理改变,6 例痊愈患者治疗 4 周后
复查,典型的银屑病组织病理变化基本消失,恢复到大致正常皮肤组
织结构,两组均未观察到明显或有严重后果的不良反应。
结论: 愈银油膏治疗寻常型银屑病临床疗效显著,优于迪维霜,且能
有效改善银屑病患者皮肤组织病理变化,促进皮损区病变消失。愈银
油膏可改善寻常型银屑病患者的全血低切相对粘度、红细胞压积、红
细胞聚集性、血浆粘度。可作为愈银油膏治疗寻常型血热证银屑病疗
效观察的一个客观指标,是愈银油膏药理作用机制之一。

Clinical and experimental study on blood-heat syndrome of
psoriasis treating with YuYin ointment
Abstract
Objectives:Observation of the YuYin ointment treatment of psoriasis
heat-syndrome and the clinical efficacy in patients with blood rheology
changes and pathological changes. Initial treatment of the YuYin ointment
permit the mechanism of psoriasis.

Methods: 60 patients with psoriasis vulgaris were randomly divided into
treatment and control groups. Group 30 with the exception of the YuYin
ointment control group with the exception of 30 DiWei cream, a PASI p-
oints before and after the treatment in patients with lesions changes. Two
are for a four week course of treatment efficacy and determine the end of
