多层砌体结构房屋抗震加固技术的研究
摘要:我国地处地震多发区,是世界上受到地震灾害最严重的国家之一。近年来,我国相连发生了多次高烈度地震,造成了大量的人员伤亡和财产损失。多层砌体结构房屋是我国学校、居住、办公等建筑中广泛使用的建筑结构类型之一,并将在我国长期大量存在。多层砌体结构与框架结构、钢结构相比,抗震能力较低,在强烈地震中极易受到严重破坏。进行多层砌体结构房屋抗震加固技术分析,采用有效的抗震加固措施,提高房屋的抗震能力是社会现实的需求。本文在对多层砌体结构房屋的震害特点及原因进行研究的基础上,分析了主要的多层砌体结构房屋抗震加固技术。
