3、我公司有关项目施工管理的规章制度及企业标准。
4、河北省人民政府有关建筑工程管理、市政管理、安全生产管理、环境保护等法规及规定。
5、国家和行业现行建筑施工的各类规程、规范及验收标准及部分地方标准图集、华北标准图集。主要标准、规范详见插表1：室内装修工程主要标准、规范、法律一览表。
6、业主、总包对工程质量、工期、安全、文明、环保施工等方面提出的要求和目标。
7、对施工现场和周边环境的实地踏勘情况。
