三十里风区高速铁路高性能混凝土施工养护技术的研究李全文(中铁二十一局集团第四工程有限公司陕西西安 710065 ) [摘要]:兰新铁路第二双线是目前国家投资建设,同时也是世界上在建的最长的一条高速铁路,设计运行时速为 350km ,而线路穿行的三十里风区严重干旱缺水,年降水量为 ,而年蒸发量为 200mm ,地表水又极其稀缺,常年 8 级以上大风天气在 200 天以上,这些困难因素严重影响了三十里风区高速铁路的建设,尤其是对于用水量较大、受气象因素制约的混凝土施工养护。设计采用使用年限为 100 年的高性能混凝土,因为该地区特殊的气候条件,目前尚无可作参考和借鉴的标准及施工经验,为保证工程质量,施工方专门针对该恶劣气候条件进行了大量的现场试验,探索和总结出了一套可行的经验。[关键词]:三十里风区高速铁路高性能混凝土施工养护技术 Study onHigh-performance Concrete Construction and Maintenance Technology ofHigh-speed Rail way inFifteen Kilometers Wind Zone Li Quanwen (China Railway 21 Bureau Group co. Ltd, Xi’ an 710065 China) Abstract : The two lanes project of Lanzhou-Xinjiang Railway is the world ’s longest high-speed railway which is being built and invested by Ministry of Railways of China . Also its ideal d esign speed is 350km/h. However, it will walk through the fifteen kilometers wind zone where the natural situation, such as drought , is very serious. In that area, the a nnual precipitation is , while the annual evaporation is 200mm and the surface water is extremely scarce. Usually, the quantity ofw indy weather which has the magnitude of8 forces is over 200 days in one year. So, all these obstacles have huge effects on the high-speed railway construction in this area, especially for c oncrete construction and maintenance that will be sensibly influenced by some key factors like water, weather and so on.
