: . 中国食品学报 6 周期间,观察每组的体重和血糖水平变化,6 周后 摘 眼 球 取 血 , 检 测 血 脂 、 空 腹 血 糖 及 血 清 胰 岛 素 。 留 取 肝 脏 组 织 测 定 丙 二 醛 ( MDA) 含 量 、 超 氧 化 物 歧 化 酶 (SOD)活力、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活力以及谷胱甘肽(GSH)等氧化应激标志物水平。结果:与高脂 组比较,高脂燕麦青稞粉组能有效缓解糖尿病小鼠的症状,HE 染色表明,燕麦青稞粉可以改善小鼠胰腺组织病理状 态;II 型糖尿病小鼠空腹血糖水平显著降低(P< ),HDL-c 和 LDL-c 含量极显著降低(P<),TG 含量无 显著变化(P>),TC 含量显著降低(P<);GSH-px 水平得到显著升高(P<),SOD 的水平显著升高 (P<),MDA 含量无显著差异(P>)。与高脂组相比较,高脂燕麦青稞粉组血清胰岛素极显著升高(P< ),高脂组与空白对照组比较,极显著升高(P<)。喂养燕麦青稞粉的高脂组小鼠中肠道菌群的乳酸菌含量 与高脂组相比得到改善。结论:燕麦青稞粉对 II 型糖尿病小鼠血糖水平有降低作用,可在一定程度上调节血脂代谢紊 乱,其改善 II 型糖尿病的具体机制可能与提高机体抗氧化活性相关。 关键词 燕麦青稞粉;II 型糖尿病;血糖;血脂;氧化应激 Effect of Oat Barley Powder on Glucose and Lipid Metabolism and Oxidative Stress in Type II Diabetic Mice Gao Xiaohan1, Wang Liguo2, Zhang Shiwen3, Dai Xueling1, Zhang Jing1, Wei Tao1, Mi Shengquan1, Sun Yaxuan1 (1Beijing Key Laboratory of Bioactive Substances and Functional Foods, Beijing Union University, Beijing 100191 2Guzhen Zhangjiakou Food Co. Methods: ICR mice were fed high-fat diet, combined with small dose (50 mg/kg) intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin to establish a diabetic mouse model. The adult mice were randomly divided into a high -fat group, a positive control group (metformin 200 mg/kg·d) and a high-fat oat barley powder group. Observe the changes in body weight and blood glucose of each group during the sample administration, take
