1 牛耳枫与辣蓼提取物药效学研究作者: 杨卫丽曾祥周, 张俊清, 任守忠, 陈峰, 刘明生【摘要】目的研究牛耳枫与辣蓼提取物的抗急性胃肠炎的作用。方法采用冰醋酸致小鼠毛细血管通透性法、热板法、豚鼠回肠平滑肌运动法和 95% 乙醇致大鼠胃溃疡法来观察提取物的抗炎、镇痛、解痉和抗胃溃疡作用。结果牛耳枫与辣蓼提取物对醋酸诱导的小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增高有显著抑制作用( ) ,而无镇痛作用,对 BaCl2 引起的肠痉挛有明显的解痉作用( P ) ,对乙酰胆碱引起的肠痉挛无解痉作用, 同时具有减小 95% 乙醇对大鼠胃粘膜损伤的作用。结论牛耳枫与辣蓼提取物具有很好的抗炎、解痉及抗乙醇引起的胃粘膜损伤作用, 对胃肠道有很好的保护作用。【关键词】牛耳枫辣蓼提取物抗炎镇痛解痉 Abstract : ObjectiveTo study the anti-acute gastroenteritis effect of Nuerfeng Lialiao Water extract (NLWE) of 2 mouse .MethodsThe anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect of NLWE was observed by the permeability of abdominal capillary by injecting glacial acetic acid and hot plate respectively. Effect of NLWE on the contraction of smooth muscles induced by acetylcholine (Ach) or barium chloride (BaCl2) was investigated in ileum in vitro. Protective effect of NLWE was observed on absolute ethanol-induced gastric mucosa damage. ResultsNLWE had the action of reducing the permeability of abdominal capillary by injecting glacial acetic acid ( ), and had no analgesia effect . NLWE could markedly restrain the contraction of ileum smooth muscles caused by BaCl2 (P ), but had little influence on that caused by Ach. NLWE could significantly inhibit the formation of acute gastric ulcer induced by absolute ethanol in has significant flammatory can nhibits contraction of smooth muscles and protects stomach of mouse from injury induced by ethanol. Key words : Nuerfeng Lialiao Water extract; Anti-inflammation; Analgesia; Spasmolysis 枫蓼肠胃康颗粒剂由牛耳枫 Daphniphullum calucinum 3 Benth 和辣蓼 Polygonnm Hydropiper Linn 两味中药组成,临床用其治疗急性胃肠炎、食滞胃痛等症,具有良好效果, 但该产品药效物质尚不明确,不能很好地阐明其作用机理。本实验针对此问题按照原处方对牛耳枫和辣蓼的提取物上大孔吸附树脂后的水洗脱部分( Nuerfeng Laliao Water Extract 简称 NLWE ) 进行药效学研究, 进一步明确肠胃康颗粒剂的药效部位,为新药研发提供依据。 1 材料与仪器 试药肠胃康颗粒剂(海口市制药厂生产,批号 060709 , 规格: 每袋袋装 8g); 牛耳枫与辣蓼提取物(NLWE) (黑色粉末,自制,每克样品相当于原生药 g) ;阿司匹林肠溶片(昆明云健制药有限公司生产,批号 20060320 , 规格 25 mg ); 硫酸阿托品注射液( 天津药业集团新郑股份有限公司生产, 批号 0601181 , 规格:2 ml∶1 mg ); 伊文思蓝( 中国医药集团上海试剂公司生
