二、稿件报送要求：
（一）消息类报道要有新情况、新内容，涵盖有价值的新闻点或信息点，字数控制在500字以内，要求信息准确无误，语言流畅，逻辑清晰。
（二）要确保稿件的及时性，有新闻时效性的稿件要在事件发生三天之内报送。
（三）图片要求被拍摄人物正面清晰，表情自然，图片单独发送，不得在WORD文稿中。
三、发表稿件奖励措施：
为鼓励广大员工写稿的积极性，所投稿件经采用之后，分公司将给予一定的稿费作为奖励，具体标准如下：
（一）文字类稿件：
1、消息
1000字以下 每篇50元
1000字以上 每篇100元
2、通讯、散文、随笔
500-1000字 每篇100元
1000-5000字 每千字100元
5000字以上 500元整
3、诗歌：按篇幅计算，每篇50元
