1 乳腺肿瘤 CT 灌注成像价值【关键词】乳腺肿瘤[摘要] 目的:探讨乳腺肿瘤 CT 灌注的诊断价值。方法:对 17 例钼靶检查发现乳腺肿块性病变(21 个病灶)行 CT 灌注扫描, 使用电影模式, s/圈,5 mm 层厚×4, 120 kV , 60 mA 延迟时间 10s ,总扫描时间 50s ,使用 GE 工作站和 Perfusion 3 软件包, 对生成的动态图像数据和图像强度随时间变化的相关信息进行分析, 考察各种与灌注相关的参数情况,并进行统计学分析。结果:乳腺癌组血流量(BF):( ± )ml/(min100 g) ,血容量(BV) : ( ± )ml/100 g ,平均通过时间(MTT) : ( ± )s ;血管表面通透性(PS) : ( ± )ml/(min100 g) ,良性肿块组 BF : ( ± )ml/(min100 g); BV : ( ± )ml/100 g; MTT : ( ± )s ; PS : ( ± )ml/(min100 g) ,两组 BF 、 BV 、 PS 之间的差异有统计学意义() 。结论: CT 灌注成像提供了乳腺肿块的血流动力学信息, 在显示形态学变化的同时反映生理功能的改变, 在乳腺肿块性病变的良恶性鉴别诊断中有较高的参考价值。 2 [关键词] 乳腺肿瘤;体层摄影术; X线计算机; 灌注 The Value of CT Perfusion Imaging for Breast Tumor Abstract : Objective To research the value of CT perfusion imaging for breast tumor 21 focuses of infection in 17 cases who got breast tumor like pathological changes diagnosed by molybdenum target examination were scanned by CT perfusion imaging,film model, s/circle,5 mm in thick × 4,120 kV,60 mA,delayed time 10 s,scan time in all 50 s, work station and perfusion 3 software were used,the data of creating dynamic picture and the relative information that image intention changes with time change were analyzed and every parameters related with perfusion were studied and analyzed Breast caner group:BF ( ± )ml/(min100
