1 牛磺酸对大鼠视网膜缺血再灌注损伤的影响【摘要】目的观察牛磺酸对大鼠视网膜缺血再灌注损伤( retinal ischemia-reperfusion ,RIR ) 的影响及其作用机制。方法将 120 只大鼠随机分为 3 组:对照组、缺血组、保护组,采用前房灌注液体形成 14. 63 kPa高眼压 1h 的方法, 建立 RIR 模型, 连续 3 d,2 次/d, 腹腔注射 10% 的牛磺酸, 剂量为 100 mg/kg, 于手术前 30 min 加注 1 次。对照组给予同等剂量的生理盐水。两组缺血 60 min后, 分别再灌注0、 2、6、 12、 24、 48、 72h 用比色法进行视网膜 SOD 、 MDA 、 NO 的测定;用光镜测量包埋切片的平均视网膜内层厚度( mean thickness of inner retinal layer ,MTIRL )。结果牛磺酸能显著对抗大鼠视网膜缺血再灌注后 MDA 和 NO 水平的升高,同时能改善平均视网膜内层厚度的变化,但对 SOD 的作用不确定。结论牛磺酸可减轻大鼠视网膜缺血再灌注后的损伤。蕌【关键词】牛磺酸; 视网膜; 缺血再灌注【 Abstract 】 Objective To investigate the effect of taurine 2 on retina in rats with the damage of retinal ischemia-reperfusion and its mechanism .
