“创先争优”、“三个建设年”、“四帮四促”活动，杜绝违法违纪行为的发生。由于工作努力，XXX乡(镇)XX多次被XX党委评为先进集体。四是认真履行XX村党支部第一书记的职责，即加快农村经济发展，改善生产生活条件，推进精神文明建设，维护社会稳定，加强基层组织建设。在工作中团结支部、村委一班人马，制定了《XXX2010——2015年经济发展规划》，理清了发展思路；按社会主义新农村建设的要求申报了“一事一议”财政项目，强化了发展措施；依托XXX工程项目的实施，突出抓好XX村水、路、电、通讯等基础设施建设，增强了发展后劲。目前，组织XX村党员、干部和群众认真落实种植和养殖项目，不断提高人民群众的经济收入，确保“十二五”规划目标早日实现。
