2005年3月14日中午，市军转办领导冒着大雪，在社区领导的带领下，带着现金、米、面和清油慰问了6户贫困军烈属，虽然每户只有区区600元，并不能从根本上解决他们的生活问题，但对于眼下的一些困难应该还是有所帮助的。社区办公经费不足办公用品非常短缺，我将这个情况向单位领导反映后，领导发动单位党支部党员捐款1000多元，为社区购买了各种办公用品。
　　5、勤学多思，追求进步
年轻干部要想有所作为，就必须用更多的时间和精力来刻苦学****充实自己，在创造中锤炼自己。我在平时的工作中，总是注意充分发挥自己的优势，抓住工作重点，因而能较为圆满地完成领导交办的工作。在工作中我认识到：作为一名年轻干部，虽然掌握了一定的理论知识，但在具体的实践中怎么样运用，效果如何，还不清楚，“纸上得来终觉浅”，只有将已有的工作方法与实践相结合，边实践，边摸索，边总结，边提高，在实践中解决问题，在提高中克服困难，理论联系实践，才能更好地干好工作，促进事业进步。
　　二、工作不足及今后努力方向
　　尽管这一年时间使我得到一定程度提高，但是，我觉得这种提高还是不够快，不够全面，不能达到组织和领导的要求。总的说来，主要存在以下几个方面的不足：
