1、计生两户”、五保户县财政仍然补助30元和100元。五保户个人也可在此基础上提高缴费标准，但个人缴费最多不超过900元，享受特殊困难群体补助政策的人员，不再同时享受县级5元、10元、15元的缴费补贴。同时，既是五保户又是计生两户的按从重原则五保户对待。
2、原领取“农村五保”、“农村计生两户”证，现已转为非农业户口的人员，不再享受养老金缴费优惠政策。
3、去年参保缴费人员现已死亡的今年不在缴费，村上为辞填写注销登记表（一式四份）加注意见并通知家属提供民政部门或派出所出具的死亡证明及继承人身份证、账号复印件一式四份来乡社保中心办理继承手续。
4、在征缴过程中要严格按照以户为单位整户参保的原则，依据达到条件未参保人员清理出的征收清册，认真核对参保对象户口簿，确保做到村不漏
