【摘要】目的探讨P27蛋白表达与宫颈鳞状细胞癌发生、发展的关系。方法采用SP法免疫组化分别检测宫颈鳞状细胞癌、癌旁高级别鳞状上皮病变、癌旁正常鳞状上皮及非癌旁正常鳞状上皮组织中P27蛋白的表达。结果宫颈鳞状细胞癌、癌旁高级别鳞状上皮病变、%(21/60)、%(14/36)、%(42/54)、%(8/10),其中宫颈鳞状细胞癌及癌旁高级别鳞状上皮病变P27阳性表达率与癌旁及非癌旁正常宫颈鳞状上皮相比差异均有显著性(P<)。P27阳性表达率下降与组织学分级、肿瘤大小、肿瘤浸润及淋巴转移有关(P均<),与年龄无关(P>)。结论 P27在宫颈鳞状细胞癌的发生、发展过程中起重要的作用,体现在P27蛋白表达降低或缺失时易导致宫颈鳞状细胞癌的发生和转移,因此检测P27蛋白表达可作为宫颈鳞状细胞癌的发生、发展及预后评估的一个有用指标。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the relationship betent of cervical squamous carcinoma (CSC). Methods The expression of P27 munohistochemical staining in paraffin sections from cases of CSC, high-grade squamous intraepithelial lesion (HSIL) and corresponding normal squamous tissues (ST) closely adjacent to carcinoma, and other normal squamous tissues (ONST). Results The positive rates of P27 protein expression in SCS, HSIL, ST and ONST ong SCS, HSIL and ST, ONST shoor size, invasion and metastasis of SCS (all P<), and it ight play an important suppressing role in the genesis and development of CSC, the doight easily lead to lymphnode metastasis and tumorous invasion, expression of P27 could be helpful in predictin the biological behavior and prognosis of CSC.
