Abstract: By inquiring to the enterprisers and using the questionnaire that had been used in previous research , the article provides some
information on t he actuality o f privately run o f science and technolog y enterprises
culture construction of Hefei City in China, points out
t he existing problems and analyzes the development tendencies of enterprises# culture.

近年来, 企业文化建设受到了社会各界的广泛关企业 1800 多家, 年技工贸收入 65 亿元, 其中, 超亿
