摘要
在现阶段,我国的工业快速发展,在矿山、冶金、化工、煤矿等很多
行业中破碎机的作用至关重要。其中PG型辊式破碎机具有噪声低、结构简单、维修方便、生产率高等优点,节省了许多的人力物力,大大减轻了工人的工作强度,这促进了我国工业的进一步发展。
本课题是针对PG型双齿辊辊式破碎机进行研究和设计。本论文首先说明了我国工业发展中存在的问题及破碎机的作用,介绍了破碎机的国内外的发展历程;然后对其进行总体方案的设计,在对方案进行论证选出合理的方案;在确定方案后,对其重要参数进行计算,然后设计对减速器的轴进行设计,再对主要部件进行设计计算和校核;然后,对设计的参数进行整理和分析,看看是否满足生产要求;最后,进行破碎机各个结构的设计,并对本课题进行总结。

Abstract
At present, China's rapid development of the industry, in the mining, metallurgy, chemical industry, coal and other industries in many crucial crushing PG type roller crusher has low noise, simple structure, convenient maintenance, high efficiency, save the many manpower and material resources, greatly reducing the work intensity of workers, which promote the further development of industry of our country.
This paper is aimed at the research and design of PG type double toothed roll crusher. This paper firstly illustrates the existing in the development of the industry of our country and crusher, crusher at home and abroad of the
development process is introduced; and then the overall scheme design, to demonstrate the program to choose reasonable scheme; after confirming the scheme, on the important parameters calculated, and design of the deceleration device of shaft design, of the main parts of the design, calculation and check; then, collation and analysis of design parameters, see whether meet the requirements of the production. Finally, crushing machine and various structural design and on the subject were summarized in this paper.
