2016年春节期间煤矿安全保障措施
为认真贯彻落实省、市、县各级部门关于加强2016年煤矿春节期间安全生产工作，全面加强组织和领导，确保公司2016年春节期间的安全和社会稳定，特制定本安全保障措施。
成立春节放假期间安全组织机构
组 长：值班矿长
成 员：生产、机电、安监、技术、调度部门负责人

职责分工及要求
1、组长对2016年春节期间的安全工作全面负责。
2、其他成员必须服从指挥、听从安排、密切配合，全面履
行自己的职责，加强安全防范和安全检查工作。
3、在此期间组长非工作需要一律不的外出，全力以赴做2016
年春节期间的安全工作。
三、工作安排
1、调度室实行24小时值班，值班期间严禁脱岗、外出，并
详细记录当天全矿情况及安全情况。
安监科（含保卫）认真做好各场所、各部门的防火、防
盗及安全保卫工作。特别要加强夜间煤场及坑下巡逻、边坡巡查及外运煤车辆的交通协调，防止各类事故发生。
机电科：做好供电线路巡查工作，确保节日期间矿区内
