Abstract
:Water environmental compensation system is an important measure to establish the system of ecological civilization
and promote the construction of ecological civilization. In the process of setting up water ecological compensation mechanism, the
compensation amount should not only be determined according to the water quality and quantity of cross - border sections of the
river. The construction tasks of sewage treatment projects supporting the improvement of the water quality of the river should be
considered as a whole, which is particularly important for the overall quality improvement of the regional water environment. This
