第九条 县级司法行政机关对社区矫正人员遵守下列监督管理规定情况进行考核，司法所负责日常工作：
（一）矫正报到规定；
（二）定期报告规定；
（三）会客管理规定；
（四）外出管理规定；
（五）居住地变更管理规定；

（七）社区服务规定；
（八）禁止令规定；
（九）信息化核查规定；
（十）其他法律法规和社区矫正监督管理规定。
对于被并处剥夺政治权利的社区矫正人员，司法行政机关应当配合公安机关监督考核其遵守刑法第五十四条规定情况，掌握有关信息，及时通报公安机关。
第十条 社区矫正人员应当自人民法院判决、裁定生效之日或者离开监所之日起十日内到居住地县级司法行政机关报到，办理社区矫正登记接收手续，并在三日内到指定司法所报到。
第十一条 社区矫正人员应当按照有关规定和司法行政机关的要求，定期向司法所当面报告遵纪守法、接受监督管理、参加教育学****社区服务和社会活动的情况；遵守向村（居）社区矫正工作站报告等相关规定。
第十二条 社区矫正人员如有居所变化、工作变动、家庭重大变故、接触对其矫正可能产生不利影响人员等情形的，应当在二十四小时内报告司法所。
第十三条 保外就医的社区矫正人员应当每月向司法所报告本人身体状况，每三个月向司法所提交省级人民政府指定医院的病情复查情况报告或就医诊治病历等相关材料。
保外就医的社区矫正人员确因病情、治疗措施等特殊原因所限，无法到司法所报告的，经司法所同意，可委托家属、监护人或保证人每月向司法所书面报告身体情况。病情复查情况报告或省级人民政府指定医院就医诊治病历等相关材料可由其家属、监护人或保证人送交司法所。
