医院利用职工大会、院周会、科朝会对职工进行职业道德教育，要求全体职工在实际工作中切实体现人文关怀，践行“五心”服务，牢记职责和责任，真正把 “以病人为中心”落到实处。为切实改善服务态度，提高服务质量，医院定期进行满意度问卷调查，广泛征求住院病人对医院工作的意见，每月对满意度调查结果进行总结。通过教育和监管，职工的职业道德有了明显的改进，医务人员主动服务意识进一步增强，医德医风和医疗服务质量有了明显提高，全年病员满意度均>95%。
三、坚持院务公开，透明管理。
医院的重大事项、医疗收入、重大人事任免等均向全院职工公示。药品价格、医疗收费项目、医保政策及参保人员医保报账均向社会和患者进行公示。各科室专业技术人员上墙公示，广泛接受广大人民群众的监督。
