〔三〕临床路径实施流程
，会同科室个案管理员对住院患者进行临床路径的准入评估。
，按照临床路径确定的诊疗流程实施诊疗，根据医师版临床路径表开具诊疗工程，向患者介绍住院期间为其提供诊疗效劳的方案，并将评估结果和实施方案通知相关护理组。
，向其详细介绍其住院期间的诊疗效劳方案〔含术前考前须知〕以及需要给予配合的内容。
，对当日的变异情况进行分析、处理，并做好记录。
，执行〔负责〕人应当在相应的签名栏签名。
