Research conclusions : ( 1 ) Through the analysis of the modification mechanism of graphene zinc - based fluorocarbon
ultra durable anti - corrosion coating system, the salt spray resistance of the graphene zinc primer coating and the aging
resistance of graphene fluorocarbon finish coating can be improved significantly by adding graphene properly. (2 ) The
experiment results show that the salt spray resistance test of 80 (xm graphene zinc primer coating reaches 4 500 h and the
aging resistance test of 70 |xm graphene fluorocarbon finish coating reaches 6 800 h , where the other performance
indexes meet or are better than those of primer and finish coating in railway standard. ( 3 ) By comparing the anti -
corrosion coating system cases of the existing bridge engineering, the designed protection period of the graphene zinc -
based fluorocarbon ultra durable anti - corrosion coating system can reach 30 〜 50 years, which can achieve long - term
protection for steel bridges structure. (4 ) The research results
