病因/发病机理
Cause & Pathogenesis
溶血性巴氏杆菌，正常情况下定植于上呼吸道而非肺部
Pasteurella hemolytica – normal inhabitant of upper respiratory tract but not lung
细菌侵入肺=支气管肺炎
Bacteria into lung = Bronchopneumonia
并发病毒性或支原体感染
Predisposed to by concurrent viral or Mycoplasma respiratory infection
偶发多杀性巴氏杆菌
Pasteurella multocida occasionally involved

消沉 Depression
高体 Elevated temperature
呼吸快 Rapid respiratory rate
脓性鼻排出物 Mucopurulent nasal discharge
运动性咳嗽 Productive cough increased with exercise
无食欲 Anorexia
迅速死亡 Rapidly fatal
听诊 Auscultation
呼气性锣音、湿锣音、摩擦音、腹部坚硬
Expiratory grunt, wheezes, moist rales, friction sounds and ventral consolidation
