2018 to December 2019 were selected and divided into two groups:general anesthesia group （group A） and I-gel laryngeal mask
superficial general anesthesia combined with ultrasound-guided lumbosacral plexus block group （group B),with 25 cases in each
arterial pressure （MAP） and heart rate （HR） before anesthesia （T0),at skin incision （T1),at hip prosthesis inser
