ADS微带短截线低通滤波器设计
摘要线通信技术的蓬勃发展,人们对个人无线通信需求不断增加,加速全球信息时代的到来成为首要任务。在现代生活中主要分为无线通信和有线通信。射频和微波的广泛使用,使有线通信得到广泛关注。微波无源器件的不断发展也使通信技术不断进步,而微带滤波器是微波电路中主要器件,在微波电路中要使用滤波器滤出不用频谱,选择合适通信道路,对电路性能有很大影响。因此设计合适的滤波器成为设计师考虑的主要问题。
由于微带电路具有小体积,频率宽,易于集成和优化等特点,成为设计师在做微波滤波器的首选。滤波的主要作用是保证让频带内的信号通过,抑制频带外的信号。由于低通滤波器结构简单,设计容易成为设计滤波器的基础。微波电路中,低通滤波器用在系统前端,使后端电路不受损坏,其陡峭衰减和宽阻带等高性能成为现今滤波器研究热点。
本文从微波滤波器在实际电路应用出发,详细介绍高性能低通滤波器设计理论。通过大量国内外文献阅读,分析,总结出微带滤波器的发展,性能优化等方法。并在文中详细介绍使用ADS设计基于理查德变换和科洛达规则理论的微带短截线低通滤波器。
