云南大学与美国北亚利桑那大学 1+2+1 项目酒店餐馆管理专业教学计划 (讨论稿) ACADEMIC PLAN FOR THE 1-2-1 PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM FOR THE DEGREE OF BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN HOTEL & RESTAURANT MANAGEMENT/TOURISM MANAGEMENT BETWEEN YUNNAN UNIVERSITY (YNU) & NORTHERN ARIZONA UNIVERSITY (NAU)
I. Objectives This program is designed to satisfy the 1+2+1 program that a participating student will take the first and last years’ courses at Yunnan university (YNU) in China and take the second and third years’ courses at Northern Arizona University (NAU). The following plan demonstrates a program of study that a student from YNU enrolling in NAU’s Hotel & Restaurant Management major/degree program under the Sino-American 1-2-1 Dual Degree program will be expected to pursue plete all curriculum and credit requirements of NAU’s Hotel & Restaurant Management major as stipulated in the following plan (a total of 60 NAU credits) in order to receive NAU’s . in Hotel and Restaurant Management (HRM emphasis) degree, and 160 YNU credits in order to receive YNU’s . in Tourism Management degree.
II. Degree Requirements Students participating and enrolling in the “Sino-American 1+2+1 Dual Degree Program” are expected to be advanced high-caliber students, and must achieve or have achieved a TOEFL score of at least 525 within one year of study at NAU.
