【内容提要】中国的产业体系与产业发展有两个基本问题:一是中国产业的发展在制度变革中进行,同时必须进
行产业内的制度变革;二是中国的产业必须不断地调整、提升,跟上世界产业发展的步伐,提高自己的竞争力。
中国产业发展还面临三个挑战即新经济形态与新生产方式的挑战、加入世界贸易组织开放市场的挑战、技术进步
加快导致创新的竞争的挑战。在这样的状态下,中国产业未来发展的战略重点应该为:走新型工业化道路,提升
中国产业的智能化知识创新能力,建立世界制造技术与生产中心,推进服务业发展并以发展知识型服务业为重点
。

【英文摘要】The Chinese industry system and industry development have two fundamental issues. One
is that the Chinese industry necessarily develops along with the system reform,and at the same ti
me there must be a system reform in the industry. The other is that Chinese industry must be const
antly adjusted and improved to catch up with the pace of development of international industry. Th
ese two fundamental issues are essential to the future development of Chinese industry. At the sam
e time,the development of Chinese industry is also confronted with three challenges,. the cha
llenge of new economic form and new mode of production,the challenge to open its market after ent
ering WTO and the challenge due petition in innovation brought about by accelerating technol
ogy improvement. In this situation,the strategic emphasis of Chinese industry’s future developme
nt should be put on taking the road of new industrialization to improve the ability of innovating
intelligent knowledge,setting up a center of world manufacturing technology and production,and a
ccelerating the service industry with emphasis put on the development of knowledge-related ones.
