摘要:目的研究不同浓度硒酵母对肿瘤细胞的抑制作用。方法体外培养宫颈癌细胞,经不同浓度的硒酵母处理,MTT法测定硒酵母对肿瘤细胞的抑制作用。小鼠体内接种腹水型肝癌细胞 H22,观察硒酵母体内抗肿瘤作用。测量小鼠体重变化,CD4+,CD8+含量,白蛋白、总蛋白含量。结果含硒5 μg/ml的硒酵母即能显著抑制荷癌小鼠腹水生成,提高 CD4+,CD8+比值,升高血清白蛋白及总蛋白含量(P<)。结论硒酵母具有良好的抗肿瘤作用,其作用优于同剂量的亚硒酸钠。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo study the anticancer activity of different density selenium cancer cells of cervix in vitro,treated by different density selenium yeast,used the ine the activity of inhibition against the tumour cell.. Inoculated hepatoma cell H22 to mouse abdominal cavity ,observed the anticancer activity of selenium yeast in the changes of body in and total protein .Results The experiment sho yeast(containing selenium 5μg/ml) significant inhibited the formation of cervix cancer in vitro(P<),selenium yeast (containing selenium 15 μg/ml) decreased abdominal dropsy ,heightened the ratio of CD4+/CD8+,increased protein level of albumin and total protein(P<).ConclusionSelenium yeast have favourable anticancer is better than Sodium selenite e dose.
