摘要
本工程为四川省开江县工业园区住宅楼,根据毕业设计的要求,结合本工程的具体情况和有关现行规范、定额等资料,编制的施工组织设计文件。通过该工程的施工组织设计,主要是了解和掌握工程施工的科学组织与管理,对主要分部分项工程施工方案、要素资源需求、施工进度计划、现场总平面布置建立系统化集成思维,为从事相关专业工作打下坚实基础。
本毕业设计为多层宿舍楼,总建筑面积约2610㎡,总层数为六层,,,其余层3m。上部采用框架结构,下部采用独立基础,包括主体工程的测量,土方,钢筋,模板,混凝土,架手架,墙面抹灰,墙体等进行了建筑设计、结构设计、施工组织设计。建筑方面考虑了符合本工程特点的建筑型式及功能要求,尽量设计为既有农居特色,又有现代特点,并且适应本地区特点。结构设计进行了建筑材料的选取,结构型式及尺寸的选取,荷载及其组合,构件内力和变形的分析计算以及配筋。通过熟悉设计资料和图纸,并结合相关的规范和定额算出整个工程量,合理安排施工顺序,充分合理地利用资源,在保证质量的前提下,努力提高效率,组织现场安全、文明施工及环境保护,从而确保工程的质量和安全。
