摘要
本设计为武汉市某水务办公楼中央空调设计。,,。,冷指标为130,,热指标为20。根据该建筑物的功能要求和使用特点,分析比较了各种空调方式,确定该建筑物空调系统为风机盘管加独立新风系统和全空气系统。主要设计内容包括:空调冷热负荷的计算;送风量和新风量的确定;空调系统的划分;空调方式的选择;空调末端处理设备的选型;冷热源的选择;风系统的设计与计算;风管系统的设计;室内送风方式与气流组织形式的确定;水系统的设计与水力计算;冷热源的确定;管道的保温设计,防排烟的设计;消声防振设计等。本文所设计的中央空调系统既能满足热舒适性要求,又最大程度地考虑了建筑节能的需要。

Abstract
It is a central air-conditioning design for a office building in JiNan building covers an area of about square meters, with a building area of about meters and with a air-conditioned area of about square meters. The cooling load is kW,while cooling index is130W/m2. For the kW heat load, heat index is 20 W/m2. According to the building’s functional requirements application characteristics,I analyzed pared a variety of air-conditioning modes and chose the fan-coil unit with fresh air system and the all air study content mainly includes: cooling and heating load calculation of air conditioning in the building;the determination of the supply air volume and the fresh air volume;the air-conditioning system division;the selection of modes of air conditonding system;the selection of air conditoning equipment;the selection of the cold and heat source;the design and caculation of the air system;the design of the air duct system; the determination of air supply mode and air distribution mode;the design and the hydraulic calculation of the water system;the determination of the cold and heat source;the thermal insulation design of the pipeline, the design of the smoke prevention and exhaust and the design of noise elimination and vibration central air-conditioning design not only can satisfies the fort but it ,to a great extent,can meets mand of building energy-saving.
