【摘要】本文主要是应急调度的的信息化手段。该系统对无线基站业务量及其覆盖场所进行信息采集、整合及数据分析,加权分析站点所覆盖场所区域的战略重要性及业务量大小完成等级细分。通过地图、各类可视化图形和文字说明实时展现不同区域各个基站站点运行情况,在重点保障和调度响应时,直观的提示维护人员优先对等级较高的站点进行维护和应急。目前已实现机场、火车站、重要交通干线和广交会等重要站点的场景保障。

ABSTRACT:This paper mainly is the information means of the emergency dispatch. The information system for wireless base station traffic and its coverage of information collection, integration and data analysis, weighted analysis of the site coverage of the strategic importance of the site and the size of the business volume of pletion of the grading. 一、概述
基站站?c覆盖的场所及其业务情况对用户感知影响巨大,一直是建设与维护时重点考虑的因素,为有效地提升运行维护的效率打造基于用户感知的网络,将基站按所覆盖场所及业务量进行等级区分,如将省市政府单位、联通办公点等战略意义重要的地点区域设置为五星级,将重要交通枢纽、五星级酒店、超大型写字楼、媒体单位设置为四星级等,对其提供信号的基站同时考虑业务量大小,确定不同星级的基站保障等级,优先保障等级高、用户敏感性较强的基站站点,最大限度地根据用户感知提升基站稳定性。
