甲方:揭阳市汽车运输总公司马牙车站
乙方:揭阳市汽车运输总公司修理厂
为及时消除安全隐患~确保旅客运输安全~甲乙双方经协商特签订此委托书。详细内容如下:
一、车辆重点检查项目及要求
,一,转向系:
1(横,直,拉杆、转向球销、转向器、转向节及臂应无裂纹和损伤~球销不得松旷,转向器及座安装牢固。
2(各部件连接齐全、完好~锁止可靠~不得有使用铁丝、半边销代替标准开口销现象。
3(方向盘转动灵活~操纵方便~无阻滞现象。转向系统在任何操作位置上~不得与其它部位相干涉。
,二,制动系:
1(不得有漏油、漏气现象。
2(行车制动系统工作正常~各连接锁销齐全、完好、牢
靠。
3(手制动作用有效~气压仪表工作正常。
4(制动系的各种杆件、管道不得与其它部件在相对位移
中发生干涉、摩擦。

5(贮气筒、制动管道应固定牢靠。
,三,传动系:传动轴、万向节不得有裂纹和松旷现象,各连接部位螺栓齐全、完好~牢固可靠。
,四,灯光:前大灯、防雾灯、转向灯、小灯、刹车灯、尾灯安装牢靠~完好有效,雨括器工作正常。
,五,燃料供给系:
1(不得有漏油现象~不得有采用其它工具直接供油现象。
2(油箱、油管应固定牢靠。
,六,轮胎:
1(不得有严重磨损~胎面和胎壁上不得有长度超过25mm或深度足以暴露出轮胎帘布层的破裂和割伤。
2(胎冠花纹深度:~。
3(不得有影响使用的缺损、异常磨损和变形~胎面不允许因局部磨损而暴露出帘布层。
4(轮胎气压符合要求,同轴轮胎规格、花纹形状应一致。
5(轮胎螺母完整齐全~不得松旷。
,七,悬挂:不得有断裂、移位现象。
,八,随车安全设施:配备有三角木、灭火器、安全锤。灭火器和三角木应放置在便于驾乘人员取用的位置。
二、相关责任

辆必须要求驾驶员熄火后再逐项检查。如违规操作导致安全事故发生~所造成经济损失及法律后果均由乙方负责。
2、乙方如不按规定对甲方车辆进行安全例检~被安监局或行业管理部门查出~所罚金额均由乙方负责。
三、薪酬支付
乙方每安检一辆车~甲方付给乙方10元检查费~月底由甲方负责核实车辆安检数量后~统一支付。
四、工作要求
1、对检过的车辆必须做好检查记录~检查时要认真负责~做到不漏检、不错检~对检查出存在安全隐患的车辆一律不得开具安检合格单。对当日安全检查出的隐患必须详细登记~并保存好记录台账~月底由甲方工作人员负责收回保存。
2、配合甲方安技股做好车辆春检、年检、年审及各时期安全生产大检查工作。
3、对查出存在安全隐患的车辆~必须当场监督驾驶员进行维修~复查合格后方可开具台检单~安全隐患不消除不得开具台检合格单。
4、检查时要仔细、认真~不得敷衍了事~对查出的隐患必须要整改彻底。如因工作不认真~所检车辆“带病”运行导致交通事故或机械事故发生~造成重大经济损失或人员伤亡者~应承担相应经济损失及法律责任。
