JobDescriptions:
-monitortheworkingconditionsofthefactoriesinChina
-provideadvicetothefactorymanagementandsupervisorsonappropriatewaysofkeepingupandupgradingtheprevailingsocialcompliancepractices
-superviseandreportanypossibleunauthorisedsubcontracting
-givemonthlyreportstothegroupmanagementandHeadofCSRonthesocialperformancesandprogressesofthefactories
-handleclients’announcedandunannouncedauditsandassessments
-coordinatewiththefactoriesonthecompletionofcorrectiveactionplans(CAP)afterauditsandassessments
-performanyotherdutiesasassignedbythemanagement
Requirements:
-tertiaryeducationorabove
-2to3yearsofworkingexperiencesinthesocialcomplianceorrelatedfields
-goodknowledgeofthelabour,healthandsafetyandenvironmentallawsofChina
-wellversedinPutonghua,Englishandotherlanguagesifpossible
-goodatMSofficeapplications
-impartial,independent,self-motivatedandorganised
-familiaritywiththeBSCI,SedexandotherCodesofConductisanadvantage
