外籍教师职责
ForeignTeacher’sDutiesandResponsibilities

外籍教师赞同在合同期内不接受其余学校的聘任而影响本校的正常教课。

外籍教师应使用聘任方供给的教课资料,拟订适合的教课计划,保证教课质量。

周2小时作为学****培训、教研活动时间。外籍教师职责包含:

与家长和其余教师的交流交流;
参加每周例会;
参加学校活动。
担当幼儿园教师的英语培训工作。
Theforeignteachermusttakethejobofteachers’EnglishtrainingwiththeChineseEnglishteacher.
严格依据幼儿园外籍教师工作条例执行。
TheforeignteachermustworkaccordingtotheForeignTeachers’rules.
外籍教师应接受聘任方的评估、指导和查核。
TheforeignteacherwillallowtimeforevaluationprofessionaldevelopmentdiscussionsandfinaltestoftheteachingskillsandteachingeffectswiththeEmployer.
外籍教师应拥有健康证明,并负担体检花费。(第三年开始报销)
Theforeignteacherwillhaveahealthcertificateandwillberesponsibleforpayingthecostofthemedicalexamination.(theschoolwillpayforthecostofthemedicalexaminationfromthethirdyear.)
9、园方应为外教购置不测损害保险。
TheEmployerwillpurchaseaccidentinsurancefortheEmployee.
10、外籍教师一定供给真切有效证件,如因证件原由产生的结果自行负责。
Theforeignteachermustprovidetherealcertificates,theforeignteachermusttaketheresponsibilitypersonallybecauseofthefakecertificates.
二、聘任方职责

1外籍教师试用期为一个月,试用期月薪为----------,经一个月试用期后,聘任方支付给外

三、合同的停止
TerminationofContract
1、以下状况下,聘任方有权书面通知外籍教师停止合同:
如外籍教师违犯中国的法律法例、聘任方的工作制度、中国政府对于外籍专家的有关规章制
度或许合同的其余条款。此种状况,无赔偿;
如外籍教师表现不好,不可以尽责者,聘任方有权立刻停止合同,外籍教师将获得十五天的工
资作为赔偿金;如聘任方决定赐予15天的时间赞同其改良工作,但到期后其工作表现仍不可以
令聘任方满意者,合同将被停止,聘任方不必供给额外赔偿;
IftheForeignTeacherfailstosatisfactoryperformhis/herdutiesandresponsibilities,thecontractwillbeterminatedimmediately,buttheforeignteacherwillreceivefifteendays’severancepay;Or,athesolediscretionoftheEmployer,theForeignTeacherwillbegivenfifteendaystoimprovehis/,afterfifteendays,theForeignTeacherhasnotimprovedhis/herjobperformancetothesatisfactionoftheEmployer,thecontractwillthenbeterminatedandtheForeignTeacherwillnotreceiveanyadditionalpay;
在连续30天病假后,经合格医生诊疗外籍教师不可以持续执行其工作职责的。
If,inthejudgmentofaqualifiedmedicaldoctor,theForeignTeacherisunabletoresumehis/herdutiesandresponsibilitiesaftertheexpirationofthirty(30),nofurtherpaymentswillbemadetotheForeignTeacher.

IftheForeignTeacherchoosestoterminatethecontract,he/shemustprovidethirtydays’,,salary,vacationsubsidiaryandairfarebonuswillnotbepaid.
