1、负责培训学****工程方案的撰写、总结、评估,保证工程方案的合理有效;
2、负责培训学****工程售前的询问,帮助销售满意客户需求,合理设计工程方案;
3、负责培训学****工程实施过程中的沟通支持,确保工程按预定方案精确无误实施;
4、负责培训学****工程后期的评估总结,提出改良型意见,作为工程改良依据。
职位要求:
1、大学本科及以上学历,人力资源、治理学、心理学等相关专业优先;
2、2年以上询问或培训工程方案设计、实施工作阅历;
3、擅长利用PPT制作、撰写工程方案,具有肯定文案写作力量;
4、客户导向思维,良好的沟通合作力量和学****力量;
5、有询问参谋治理阅历者优先,优秀应届生亦可考虑。
