网上申报操作手册


找到“北京地方税务综合效劳管理信息系统〞的登录页面有两种方式:
方式一:

“办税中心〞下的“纳税申报〞,如上图中红色圈注所示,就找到了“北京地方税务综合效劳管理信息系统〞的登录页面。如下列图所示:

直接登录,同样会找到“北京地方税务综合效劳管理信息系统〞的登录页面,如上图所示。

登录“北京地方税务综合效劳管理信息系统〞也有两种方式:用户名方式和CA证书方式,纳税人只能选择使用其中的一种方式进行系统登录。登录方式的切换是由主管税务机关完成的,如果纳税人需要切换登录方式,必须去主管税务机关办理相应的手续。
用户名方式登录系统:
“用户名方式〞一栏中输入用户标识和密码。用户标识就是纳税人的地税计算机代码,也就是征收管理码,共8位;7位计算机代码的用户请在代码后加数字0补充到8位;初始密码是税务机关给定的,纳税人在登录系统后可以自行修改。
“登录〞按钮,就可以以用户名方式登录“北京地方税务综合效劳管理信息系统〞了。如下列图所示:

CA证书方式登录系统:
在“CA证书方式〞一栏中从下拉列表中选择证书并输入密码。
“登录〞按钮,请先安装CA软盘完毕后就可以以CA证书方式登录“北京地方税务综合效劳管理信息系统〞了。
,即选择证书的下拉列表为空白的话,这说明或者没有安装证书,或者证书的安装不正确,可以通过拨打“CA证书相关技术支持电话〞010(58515511)获得帮助。如下列图所示:

申报分为两种:
1、有税申报:点击“有税申报〞—>设置常用税种税目—>选择税目—>点击继续—>填写金额—>保存并生成缴款书—>保存成功—>查看本期缴款书。
2、无税申报:点击“无税申报〞—>点击保存—>保存成功。

“无税申报〞按钮进入无应纳税〔费〕款申报页面。
〔1〕在征期内,当没有进行无税申报时,红色提示信息的内容为“如果您本期没有税款,请单击保存按钮进行无应纳税款申报〞;如图示〔一〕.当点击“保存〞按钮后,红色提示信息变为“保存成功!〞。只要显示“保存成功!〞字样就已成功上传申报完成。如图示〔二〕.如果需要取消无应纳税申报,点击“删除〞按钮。系统出现提示信息,“确定〞后将删除无应纳税〔费〕款申报书。
〔2〕下面的图示为非征期进入无应纳税〔费〕款申报页面的情形,红色提示信息的内容为“征期已过,有关申报事宜请与主管税务机关联系。〞如图示〔三〕.此种情况下“保存〞和“删除〞按钮将失效。

〔1〕在申报页面,我们可以进行如下的操作:
设置常用税种税目。通过此功能可以将经常需要申报的税种税目选择出来并设置为常用税种税目,这样在每次申报时就可以快速选择,而防止反复从所有的税种税目中选择。
〔2〕点击“设置常用税目〞按钮,进入到常用税种税目设置页面。通过页面右半局部的复选框的选择来增加需要设置为常用税种税目的条目,同时页面左半局部的“税目名称〞下就会相应出现在刚刚右半局部选中的条目,并可以通过“删除〞来删除已经选中的条目。如下列图所示:

〔3〕进行申报。在申报页面中,从右面选择需要申报的税种税目,同时在左面“本期新增〞下就会相应出现刚刚在右半局部选中的条目。
注意:本期申报的所有税目是指全部在左面“税目名称〞中出现的条目,即包括“常用工程〞和“本期新增〞两局部中出现的条目。通过条目所对应的复选框可以对已选条目进行增删。如下列图所示:
