南航机组VIP接待效劳工作流程
饭店将南航机组人员的接待工作作为饭店贵宾,按饭店VIP效劳程序接待。全程实行贵宾一站式效劳,提供细致、周密的效劳,力求得到机组人员的满意。
机场接送:
设立接机专用车,提前到达机场,做好准备工作。要求:车辆干净、座椅整洁,司机敬语效劳,主动征求意见。
接到客人后,第一时间与酒店前台联系,以便做好酒店提前准备工作。
根据天气情况,提前与机长确定好第二天送机场时间,并提前到达酒店门前等候。尽量提前出发,以便能及时送达机场,并保证接到的另一机组人员不等候。
机组专用车同时提供到哈观光的南航人员及家属的效劳。

设立专人接待,直接入住。公安部门要求酒店行业必须本人身份证件并上传,手续繁琐,等候时间长。机组人员一路劳累,为让机组人员尽快休息,将由接待人员门前迎接后,引领机组人员直接进入客房。在房间办理简单入住手续、签字手续。要求:主动迎接、直接入房、态度和蔼、亲切。
房间配备
设立机组人员专用楼层〔暂定为四楼豪华标准间〕。专人负责,专人接待。机组专用楼层要注意保证楼层的安静,以确保机组人员的休息。
房间检查。每个机组人员的房间,在到店前,由主管客房的经理逐个检查,确保房间卫生及设备设施的完好。
房间配备机组专用备品,并每个房间配加湿器。已解决北方气候的枯燥。
房间问候函、天气预报卡。每个房间在床头柜处摆放机组人员欢送函,并配备天气预报卡,温馨提示。
