摘要目的:比较不同种类、不同浓度的辅料酒对牛膝饮片主要有效成分含量的影响,探讨牛膝酒炙炮制作用。方法:HPLC法。结果:不同种类、不同乙醇浓度酒炮炙的牛膝饮片中蜕皮甾酮的含量有升高的趋势,且高乙醇浓度的白酒炮炙的牛膝中蜕皮甾酮含量最高;甜菜碱的含量从高到低趋势为:生品〉白酒炙品〉花雕酒炙品〉加饭酒炙品〉河南黄酒炙品;不同浓度酒炙品齐墩果酸的含量:白酒炙品>加饭酒炙品>花雕酒炙品>河南黄酒炙品>蒸馏水炙品>生品。结论:不同辅料用酒对牛膝饮片中蜕皮甾酮、齐敦果酸、甜菜碱的含量有一定影响。
