大气可吸入颗粒物造成肺损伤的 NF-κB 研究进展

摘要:NF-κB 信号通路在大气可吸入颗粒物(PM10)对肺的损伤过程中起到重要的作用,但 NF-κB信号通
路参与的损伤机理尚不清楚。本文对 NF-κB 的结构与组成、颗粒物中 NF-κB 的激活因素、激活过程和抑
制剂的相关研究等内容做简要综述。

Progress of study on the NF-κB signaling pathway in
the lung injury induced by inhalable particle

Abstract: Many epidemiologic studies have shown that the NF-κB signaling pathway plays an important role in
the lung injury by induction of inhaled particle matter. However, the exact toxicological damage mechanisms
which the NF-κB signaling pathway takes part in are still unresolved. This paper described the progress of study
on the NF-κB signaling pathway in the lung injury induced by inhaled particle matter home and abroad. In this
article, ponent of NF-κB, the activate factor of NF-κB in particle matter, the activation process and the
inhibitor were reviewed.
