通过定时器定时通、断电使步进电机实现正反转。
本文以五相十拍步进电机用西门子S7-200PLC来进行举例。)五相步进电动机有五个绕组:A、B、C、D、E,控制五相十拍电动机的时序图如下:
2)用五个开关控制步进电动机工作:
1号开关控制其运行(启/停)
2号开关控制其低速运行()
3号开关控制其中速运行()
4号开关控制其低速运行()
5号开关控制其转向(ON为正转,OFF为反转)
