摘要:目的探讨急诊昏迷患者的急救措施及效果。方法在我院2015年5月~2016年2月诊治的急诊昏迷患者中抽取79例作研究对象,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析,总结其致病原因、急救措施以及急救效果。结果本组79例急诊昏迷患者中,抢救成功者64例,%;其中,因低血糖、糖尿病***症酸中毒、酒精中毒昏迷者抢救成功率最高,%,其余依次是急性心肌梗死、安定中毒、缺血性脑血管疾病、出血性脑血管疾病、有机磷中毒、一氧化碳中毒者,心脏呼吸骤停者抢救成功率最低(%)。结论根据急诊昏迷患者的临床表现,快速分诊后实施相应急救措施,可有效提升急救成功率。
