摘要: 血管内恶性淋巴瘤2( IVL) 及其亚洲变异型因淋巴结不肿大,常合并噬血细胞综合征,易误诊为恶性组织细胞
增生症或结缔组织病、血管炎,且病程进展急速,预后不佳,生前不易诊断。国内该类病例并非罕见,需在原因不明
的发热性疾病中提高对该病的鉴别诊断水平,做到早期诊断,争取较好的转归。

Abstract : Because absence of lymphoadenopathy , and often associated with haemophagocytic syndrome , the intravascular
Ξmalignant lymphoma( IVL) is easy mistaken as malignant histiocytosis or connective tissue disease or vasculitis , the diagno
sis was difficult while patients were alive. The clinical course of this disorder ( IVL) was aggressive and carried a poor prog
nosis. The cases of this disorder are not too rare to be seen in our country. To enhance one′s ability to differentiate disorder
in unknown fever diseases are extremely necessary.
