苦荞麦黄***含量萃取工艺的研究

摘要:为了研究其总黄***的提取工艺,以苦荞麦不同器官为原料,采用高压提取、超声波萃取、高压提
取+超声波萃取混合萃取苦荞麦黄***含量。结果表明:高压 15 min,测定黄***含量:叶片 %、茎秆
%、根系 %;超声波萃取为 60 min,测定黄***含量:叶片 %、茎秆 %、根系 %;实施高
压+ 超声波混合提取,以高压 10 min + 超声波 30 min,提取的黄***含量最高:其叶片黄***含量的平均值
为 %,比相同条件的高压提取(%)增加 %,比相同条件的超声波萃取(%)增加 %。高
压10 min+超声波30 min的回收率最高,%。
