食管鳞癌组织中Bmi-1的表达及临床意义
[摘要] 目的探讨Bmi-1表达与食管鳞癌生物学行为之间的关系。方法应用免疫组化SP法和荧光定量PCR方法从蛋白和mRNA水平检测48例食管鳞癌组织中Bmi-1的表达。结果食管鳞癌组织中Bmi-1蛋白的表达量,显著高于癌旁食管黏膜组织(P<), mRNA水平表达与蛋白一致.;Bmi-1蛋白高表达与组织分化程度及淋巴结转移有关( P < ) , 与年龄、性别、肿瘤大小无关( P > )。结论 Bmi-1在食管鳞癌中高表达, 与疾病进展密切相关, 可作为预测食管癌生物学行为、判断预后的一个参考指标.

Expression of Bmi-1 protein in the esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and its clinical significance
Abstract:AIM: To investigated the expression of Bmi-1 in the esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissues and to analyze its relationship with clinicopathological parameters. METHODS: immunohistochemical staining and Real time polymerase chain reaction were employed to detect the expression of Bmi-1 in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and its adjacent esophageal mucosa obtained from the surgical specimens of 48 patients, and the correlation between the expression of Bmi-1 and its clinical significance were investigated. RESULTS: The expression of Bmi-1 protein in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma was significantly higher than that in the adjacent esophageal mucosa (P < ), and the expression of Bmi-1 mRNA was in accordance with that of Bmi-1 protein The expression of Bmi-1 protein was positively related to lymph node metastasis and differentiation of esophageal carcinoma (P <). but not correlated with age, sex, tumor size CONCLUSION: The Bmi-1 is over
