摘要:目的观察三种全身麻醉方法对老年患者术后认知功能的影响,以供临床工作参考。方法选择2008年12月~2011年11月在我院进行手术的老年患者120例,随机分为3组,分别给予不同的药物进行麻醉诱导和维持。A组给予咪达唑仑;B组给予丙泊酚;C组给予咪达唑仑和丙泊酚。观察并比较各组患者手术前后认知功能的差异。结果三组术后12h、24hMMSE评分均低于手术前,有统计学差异(p<);A、B组术后48hMMSE评分均低于手术前,有统计学差异(p<);C组术后48hMMSE评分与手术前比较无统计学差异(p>);三组术后72hMMSE评分均恢复至术前水平,无统计学差异(p>)。结论三种麻醉方法在术后24h内均可造成老年患者发生认知功能障碍,在术后72h均可恢复,其中咪达唑仑和丙泊酚复合麻醉方案认知障碍恢复较早。

【ABSTRACT】Objective For clinical reference purpose ,to observe the effect of cognitive function after surgery under three kinds general anesthesia scheme in elderly patients. Methods 120 cases of elderly patients underber 2008 to November 2011 in our hospital ly divided into three groups, and received different drug anesthesia induction and maintenance .
