Centrilobular distribution
Limited to the centrilobular regions
Separated from the pleural surface, fissures and interlobular septa by a distance of severe mm
Reflect the presence of either interstitial or airspace abnormalities
“Tree-in-bud”: branching opacity in the peripheral lung, indicate bronchiolar infection (centrilobular bronchioles impacted by fluid, mucus or pus)
Seen in various diseases that affect centrilobular bronchioles or arteries and result in inflammation, infilatration, or fibrosis of the surrounding interstitum and alveoli, bronchioloalveolar carcinoma
bronchopneumonia
Endobronchial spread of tuberculosis
Tree in bud
右下肺支气管肺炎
支气管肺炎合并心衰
胎粪吸入性肺炎
右肺可见含气液平空洞
CT表现
典型者呈腺泡样形态,边缘模糊,或呈分散的小片状实变影,或融合成大片状。
实变影周围可伴阻塞性肺气肿或肺不张。
