摘要
本综合楼工程位于山东省济南市市郊,所处位置交通便利,四周均有已建成公路。工程的基础设施齐全并且水、电已提前接入现场。本设计为该工程的工程量计算以及施工组织设计。本工程建筑面积4012平方米,地上5层,无地下层,占地面积873平方米。工程结构体系为框架结构体系,工程合同约定工期为150天。本次设计主要是计算出工程的主要分项工程工程量,根据工程的本工程的特点和施工条件合理划分施工段并确定施工流向,选取合理的施工方案,根据计算合理安排堆场位置以及人力资源运用,使人力、物力和资源达到最优配比,创造更多的经济效益。
关键词:综合楼;工程量计算;施工组织设计。
Abstract
plex building project is located in the suburb of jinan city of shandong province, the location convenient transportation, has already built around the road. Complete engineering infrastructure and water, electricity has access to the site in advance. The design and calculation of engineering quantity of anization design for the engineering. The project construction area of 4012 square meters, 5 layers on the ground, underground, covers an area of 873 square meters. Engineering structure system for the frame structure system, engineering contract period for 150 days. This design is mainly to calculate the ponent project construction quantities, according to the characteristics of the engineering of the project construction conditions and reasonable construction period and determine the construction flow, select the reasonable construction scheme, according to the reasonable arrangement of yard location as well as human resources utilization, make the human, material and resources to achieve optimal matching, create more economic benefits.
