摘要
泰康石家庄中心支公司成立于2002年4月16日。十三年来,石家庄中支秉承“立信于心、尽责至善”的企业文化理念,坚持诚信经营,竭力为客户提供便捷、高效的服务,有力地提升了在社会上的信誉度和知名度,实现了跨越式发展。但伴随迅猛发展的同时泰康石家庄中支的种种弊端也日愈严重。相较国外发达国家,我国的保险业处于初级阶段。中国作为一个十三亿的人口大国,保险需求是巨大的,目前我国保险业正处于迅猛发展时期。随着人口老龄化趋势愈加严峻,社保养老金账户严重亏空,商业人寿保险成了解决国民养老问题的主要途径之一,泰康作为一家全国性的大型保险公司,泰康石家庄中支作为其分支机构之一,泰康石家庄中支发展战略的制定也成为关系国计民生的重大问题,希望本文对泰康石家庄中支的发展有所裨益。
