摘要:目的:研究学生体操项目测试时的状态焦虑水平情况,状态焦虑对运动技能水平发挥的影响关系。方法:文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法等。结论:中等偏低的认知状态焦虑、躯体状态焦虑水平能促进运动技能水平的发挥,过高或过低的认知焦虑、躯体焦虑水平影响运动技能水平的发挥。焦虑水平和运动技能水平的关系呈现倒U型。状态自信心和运动技能水平呈现出简单的线性关系,状态自信心越高越利于运动技能水平的发挥。适当的调节控制状态焦虑水平对运动技能水平的发挥影响显著。 关键词:状态焦虑运动技能水平相关性 Correlation Studies between Motor Skill Level and State Anxiety --- Take 12 in My Department-level Gymnastics Test as an Example Xu Xuecheng (Department of Physical Education , Ankang University , Ankang, Shaanxi , 725000) Abstract: the purpose of the study: the state anxiety level of students in gymnastics test, and impact on the play state anxiety level of motor skills.
