均匀混合;也可以加速传质和传热过程。在工业生产中,搅拌操作是从工业开始的,围绕食品、纤维、造纸、石油、水处理、建筑等,作为工艺过程的一部分而被广泛应用。本文就以建筑为中心设计一款小型混凝土搅拌机。
设计的小型混凝土搅拌机是强制式搅拌机中的一种,搅拌非常均匀,质量好,生产效率高,成本低。其主要组成结构包括:电动机、带传动、减速器、链传动、搅拌结构及机架等。主要设计计算内容是小型混凝土搅拌机搅拌装置的设计及其校核,搅拌轴的连接及强度校核,各部分在机架中的安装位置设计已达到小巧方便的设计要求。
设计完成了总体结构的拟定,通过设计计算和校核,确定了各组成部分的结构尺寸和形状,实现了混凝土搅拌的功能。
